ByE bYe iic

i've just finished teaching my very last class in iic...
it was my advanced class and basically d students' English proficiency arent bad..
i wasnt very upset and not very happy too..
it's just dat i might b missing my colleagues and d lively environment in d office...

leaving iic means i'l have greater responsibility..
been doing lotsa thinking lately, since i hav to read my masters as it's 1 of d requirement in my utar offer letter..
d ambitious me tot of doing it oversea before i got my appointment letter..
i'll hav a better prospect if i do my masters in UK, get to widen my horizon- dats for sure....
unlike d others, i need to mull over plenty of issues; d fees ($$$-biggest hindrance), d trouble dat i hav to go through applying scholarships, IELTS exam, my homesickness, my expanses, where will i live, will people accept me *dun wish to b treated as bangla in m'sia* n d list goes on n on....

however things changes after i received d letter..
according to d letter, i'll hav to secure a place to pursue my masters 3months upon signing it..
thus, i hav no option but to do it locally n where can it b if it's not at my comfort zone-UKM-

i'm still putting a little hope in going to manchester university actually..
not dat i'm dying to go to UK but d programme offered is good-a combination of applied linguistic and education *2 in 1*-sth which i'm passionate of (reality is, i want to b in a brand new place n start everything-getting to know new frends, adapting myself to a new environment etc.)
i'll try to study n sit for ielts test in april-though i was n m teaching english, i admit i'm afraid to sit for dat test-
as for d $$ issue-i shud set aside, will discuss it wif my advisor dis monday.. i think he can solve all my probs...

-leaving iic makes me use my head again-
