Unintentional Day Trip

i got bk to my peaceful hometown for a long weekend.. and so, mel, yong n i happened to agree to go for lunch.. there we were, in cosmic at 1.45pm for lunch.. in less den 4hours we took errr uncountable number of pix.. dis 2 fellas r among d few which i found genuine n not intimidating, so yes, i can say wat's in my mind without filtering-dats y i alwiz enjoy their companion though there'r oni d 3 of us...

was crapping a lot while waiting for d food to arrive.. i was starving and complaining y it took ages for d chef to prepare our lunch when yong's porridge was served..

nice presentation according to yong but aunty aka d chef needs to attend porridge-cooking enhancement class in d future to be better..

d 1 who was starving smiled for d cam..

after our sumptuous yet affordable lunch, we headed to teluk batik as i want to get rid of d itchyness i had around my leg-d bestest way is to 'rendam dalam air laut' it seems.. off we go n in less den 10min we were there... it was rather empty *thank god* coz it will b very congested when it comes to holiday/festive season-difficult to find a spot not for picnic but to stand..

we were playing & jogging along d beach when we saw a jellyfish.. yong wanna take a shot wif it but unsure whether it's dead/alive.. guess wat, mel answered: sure mati edi la, it isnt shouting for HELP!!!

we didnt go bk after dat.. spotted 1 ice-cream vendor n suddenly d 3 of us r no longer 24.. we ate not just 1 but 2 each-why? coz it's cheap and it has been long since we last ate ice-cream i assume... who cares d look in d ice-cream man which clearly showed: omg, there r human who had neva seen ice-cream b4..

1st round: disco choc, tripple scoop choc wif bun & sour plum..

2nd round: tripple scoop cone ice cream, tripple scoop bun ice cream & tripple scoop cone ice-cream..

tired after beaching but we didnt call it a day yet.. drove to Giant supermarket where we did some shopping.. ya, dats it-couldnt stand nemore-exhausted, cnt make it for yum cha at nite.. wat a day: get to spend quality time wif ppl i hav known for 15years, sink my leg in d saltish sea water, yummy+cheap lunch & ice-cream, no worry on distance/transportation/congestion ---> where on earth can i get dis satisfaction if it's not in CTA1...
