Believe it or not, i made all these.. my mom taught me as she's a vegetarian n apparently i was craving for sushi.. it's nutritious, quite yummy n easy to b done-trust me, if i can make it nobody will fail.. ok, today i'm lecturing a cooking lesson-get a pen n paper, start jotting down d ingredients n steps.. wahehehe..
so, d ingredients are : lemon, cheese cream (quarter of d cube), bread (6 slices), seaweed (6 big pieces), cucumber, carrot n vegetarian meat -all ready cut in cylinder shape..
first of all, mix d cream wif water but make sure it didnt turn out to be too watery, a pinch of salt n sugar n squeeze some lemon into it.. next, lay a big piece of seaweed on a plate, spread d mixture of cream on it (bear in mind, handle d seaweed gently)... then, put a slice of bread (preferably gardenia or hi5) on d ready-prepared seaweed.. now, arrange d cucumber, carrot n vege meat (quatity, up to u but not more den 4 each).. finally d most challenging phase: roll up d bread containing those veges (must roll firmly but not too hard scare d cream terpercik keluar-haha)... after finish rolling, get a sharp-edged knife (must b sharp, very sharp) n CHOP d bread which is in tube form into 4..

there r all together 24 pieces-yes i know they r various in size n shape, some turn out to b in triangle due to my not-so-gentle pair of hands.. practice make perfect, as dis is only my 2nd attempt (1st attempt was not satisfactory, not presentable but it's pleasant when it's placed in d mouth) hence, it will taste terrific n appear b-e-a-utiful in my 3rd attempt.. hehehe
