A Blissful Wedding

It's the 1st wedding which I know both the bride and groom.. I went thru my childhood with them.. it's as if we were still in standard 6 fighting over the dragon ball series, and it's like only yesterday i went the bride's house for revision etc etc... and voila, they are a happily married couple today.. so here u go the memorable day, a day after deepavali-6th of Nov 2010 in pictures..

as always, we started off with the wedding pranks and sending off the bride, finally the dinner in Lido Hall...

wed prank #1- drinking an awfully bitter tea

wed prank #2- quiz time, will be egg-ed if wrong answer was chosen...
(he was so fortunate, i meant his heng dai was fortunate b'coz of all the questions, he only failed once)

wed prank #3- picking up house key buried in a pail of ice with their toes..

wed prank #4-dancing and eating a banana tied at their friends' groin area.. fyi, that's the groom's brother..

wed prank #5-writing a love pledge (groom's task), the rest of the boys got their lips beautified..

finally kissing the pledge with their red hot lips..

the end of the wed pranks, the groom got his girl..

a row of pretty maidens-the bride ji muis... i heart this pix though i somehow ruined the pix with my cacat-ed hand...

us, the pretty maidens again with the newly wed in their new room, in their brand new house..

an obligatory pix of the ji muis and heng dais looking at the newly wed kissing..

before we left, the bride threw her bouquet, and shi jing caught it... so, she'll be the next in line- based on the myth.. everyone was so happy for her including the camera man...

fast forward, it's dinner time.. all the ex acs-ian near and far came to celebrate their big day...

*YUM SENG*
(don't know which professional photographer took this-taking my hat off)

groupie with the stage props showing Juan Jym Weds (double heart) Teng Siu.. whose idea if it's not ed winn, the cheekiest and naughtiest boy of the group..

~the end~
BUT it's the beginning for the newly weds and of coz they will live happily ever after with abundance of children and grandchildren and great grandchildren..
